We launched our franchise model in 2011, when the first franchise outlet was opened under the management of franchisee Václav Bečvář, who already had previous experience with franchising. 

We then gradually built up a franchise family, which now has 18 members. Our average franchisee operates 3-4 outlets.

From Employee to Entrepreneur: Today, I Successfully Manage Three Branches

I worked as a manager for an American multinational company without any prior business experience. Later, an opportunity arose to become a franchisee of Bageterie Boulevard. I was drawn to the company’s concept, and with the strong support of my husband, who was enthusiastic about the business, I decided to take the leap—despite some initial concerns about changing my employment status. Today, I successfully operate three branches in eastern Bohemia.
